The India Chapter has been making rapid strides in initiating a number
of policy discussions through seminars, workshops and lecture series.

CFA Canadian Chapter
Canada and Canadian foresters have long been leaders in international
forestry and have made important contributions throughout the world. More
and more, we are looking beyond our borders to the global issues facing
the world's forests and the people who depend on them.

CFA UK National
Branch
The UK National Branch was established in 1998 and
provides a focal point for CFA activities within England, Scotland,
Wales and Northern Ireland.

CFA Zambia
The website for the Zambia chapter was completed in October 2002 and
introduces the work of one of the strongest regional CFA groups.

International Forestry
Students Association (IFSA)
The primary goal of IFSA is to enrich forestry students´ formal
education, especially in terms of a wider, more global perspective
through extracurricular activities and the exchange of information and
experience.
IFSA promotes co-operation among forestry students, and establishes links
with other international organisations in areas such as forestry,
environmental protection, higher education, economy and social
development. IFSA intends to contribute to a more complete professional
preparation for its members, as well as to represent their interests in
the international community.
CFA is a primary partner of IFSA. The two organisations work
together to support the link between forestry students and forestry
professionals.
